Dani Mathers made a huge mistake when she used Snapchat to body-shame a 70 -year-old woman who was showering inside a gym locker room last summer.
During a journey to an LA Fitness in July 2016, the former Playboy simulate , now 30, decided to secretly snap a photograph of a gym-goer while the latter are showering and posted the picture onto her public Snapchat story.
On the picture, she wrote If I cant unsee this then you cant either.

After posting the invasive and offensive photo, she received tons of negative backlash and was eventually banned from use LA Fitness. Mathers also lost her undertaking and was eventually be subject to three years probationfor intrusion of privacy.
While Mathers was apologizing to the public for body-shaming on Snapchat, the anonymous gym-goer she humiliated remained silentthat is, until now.
Its been reported by the Los Angeles Times that woman who was showering inside the gym lockerroom recentlyspoke out for the first time since her privacy was invaded by Mathers.
The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, is allegedly speaking through her lawyer, Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer.
Feur claimedthe woman is humbled andsaid she requested $60 out of the case so she could by a new backpack. Why? Because her old knapsack is shown in Mathers Snapchat, and she doesnt want people to recognize her.
