This isJessica Weber from Illinois, whose honesty about her 180 -pound weight loss is inspiring people all over the world.
While that kind of weight loss is awesome and clearly better for her physical health, there’s a side to such situations of extreme that most people aren’t prepared to deal with the extravagances skin.
But by Weber being open with herself and sharing her “reality,” she’s both helping herself and others.
” This is my reality! This is my life! When you lose 180 pounds, the skin doesn’t simply suck back up !”
The image clearly struck a chord with Instagram users, as the photo currently has over 26,000 likes and hundreds of supportive comments.
As she’s learning, eight loss is about adjusting yourself not just physically, but likewise mentally.
She decided to post the photo” to show how much I throw my body through and ultimately what obesity and myself has done to it over the years, but I likewise wanted to show that I still loved it because I worked hard to get to this level .”
Her statement shows that body adoption goes beyond being comfortable your body after you’ve lost weight.
” Body adoption to me simply means desiring everything about your body even when you want to improve ,” Weber told ATTN .” It means accepting yourself as you are until you get to be where you want to be .”
There’s still the possibility that she’ll get excess skin removal surgery, but right now she’s just working on adjusting to the body she has and accepting how far she’s come.
” I never belief I’d reach people so far or have as many followers as I do now ,” saidWeber, who has gotten remarks from people as far as Spain.” I’m happy that I can inspire and motivate all over the world though !”
