Kailyn Lowry had a change of heart.
On Tuesday, the Teen Mom 2 star revealed on Twitter she traveled all the way to Miami, Florida to get liposuction and a boob job. However, the reality TV personality backed out of the procedures at the last minute.

The mother-of-three reveals:
I won’t lie to y’all, i came to Miami for lipo & a boob job. But hours before my surgery i decided i don’t want to go through with it

Instead of spending money on plastic surgery, Lowry is going to redirect those funds to a nutritionist, and hopes to get back into her fitness routine.
When i get home I’ll use the money i was gona spend on surgery for a nutritionist & get back into working out.

As documented on Snapchat, in January 2016, the MTV diva reportedly had liposuction, a tummy tuck, and a butt lift from surgeon Michael Salzhauer, a.k.a. Dr. Miami.
She has 4-year-old son Lincoln with ex-husband Javi Marroquin, 7-year-old son Issac with ex Jo Rivera, and 6-month-old Lux with ex Chris Lopez.
