Should you eat three big meals or many mini-meals?



( CNN ) In the nutritional world, conventional wisdom suggests that the more often you eat, the more likely “youre gonna have to” burn off those calories and control hunger pangs. And so the notion of feeing six or more “mini-meals” every day, just enough to ga your body and tide you over until your next bites, has frequently been been recommended as a more waistline-friendly dieting approach than feeing three larger dinners. But science evolves, and the answer to whether you should eat many mini-meals or three bigger dinners is no longer a straightforward one.
